As far as I know, there are no ceramic pads made for Super Duty trucks. They don't have the stopping power of metallic pads on heavy vehicles. Ceramic pads might make less dust and less noise, but they don't stop as well. I put a set of ceramic pads on my wife's Town Car, and I don't like them--The car does not stop as well as it did with the metallics.

I found a few places that sell ceramic brake pads for my 05, now that I had some spare time. The problem is that its fairly new, The newer the product the less options on the market.
I had EBC 7000 ceramic pads on my 2000 ford pick-up and they had WAY better stopping than any semi- metalic that I have used. And the extra $15 was worth it, not having to deal with brake dust.
