Junkyard AOD
The aod behind my 302 in my 89 f150 is starting to slip pretty badly and I am starting to consider my options for a replacement. Is it a good idea to get a junkyard aod or should I look for a reman? If so, what would be a fair price?

AOD site, some info about what years are better etc.
If it was me, I'd have it rebuilt after shopping around confirming the shop would stand behind the work.
