cps harness?

cps harness?
does anyone know where I could get a wiring harness that goes down to the cps. mine is all messed up, wires chewed and melted etc. I tried to solder new wires into the old plug but its not working out very well for me. any help would be greatly appreciated.

ej, I would hit a junk yard. Where are you in TX? I know Harolds in Briggs has several obs strokes like ours that you could probably steal one off of. I actually pulled the entire harness off a truck a few weeks ago. It really was easy. If you pull the harness, and unwrap it, I bet you could repair it easy. Thats what I was doing for the injector harness'. It took all of about 30 min to take it off and about that to put it back on. If you would like a step by step, pm me.
