John,
Good eye, all the interior behing the grill and inside the fender wells will be hand painted using POR 15. Jack is already on top of that and got a good bit of it done. Plan to buff it out tonight. The shot in this post is right after we removed the taped off panel and sprayed. Will repost after Jack gets it all back toghether and complete.

Nice paint Joe. I had a van like that once two tone dark blue. They sure look sweet with new paint. ............RUSTY

Joe, a very nice job first time or not. I like the color too. I just tried to buy a 65 Falcon of the same color. I have always liked the E-100 series and have owned a few over the years. Looking forward to seeing your truck painted. I saw the "new stance" thread. Nice job, nice work, nice pics on the tubs and fender extensions. GREAT!!!!

Real nice job, perfect color for that Econoline, too! How did you do the roof?

If you or your friend are planning to do any more work in there, replace that PVC air line with copper, please! PVC is only suitable for compressed air if the pressure is very low (15-25 psi), usually not the case when painting (regulator is near the gun). When PVC fails under air pressure, it sends sharp plastic shards out at high speed. You don't want to be around! Paint vapors/solvent vapors also attack PVC.
