Quick Bed Rug Question

The idiot that owned the truck before me did a do it yourself roll on bed liner. honest to god it looks likes he just didnt give a crap at all and got it done in 10 minutes. so anyway i did research and i really like the bedrugs and i noticed that you had to stick the velcro to the bed and my question is this... will the velcro stick to the roll on liner, and if it doesnt what should i do?

If the velcro won't stick, sand the area well and then you should have no problem.
