Code P0601?

It was an SCT and it nearly cost me an engine. The program was probably the culprit because when I switched back to the stock program my problems (overheating, strange noises while climbing tough hills while hauling a 6k# tt, puking) disappeared. I installed the chip at 33k miles, disconnected at 35k miles, the truck now has 111k miles.
