Fuel Filter Warning??
Are there any warning signs that indicate that it is time to change the fuel filter on a '97 P/S with Auto?
Any input will be appreciated as I am on a trip and many States from home.

There is a Plugged Fuel Filter indicator in the dash, it's by the Wait to start light. It's actually a vacuum switch that indicates too much vacuum in the filter housing indicating a plugged fuel filter. I've never had mine come on before the engine was showing signs like rangerlariate stated above
