My 1990 4x4 auto 300, weighed in at 4650. Has a big tool box and at least 100 lbs of stuff in the box.

got a similiar truck,89 f150 5spd,a/c etc,8 foot box, no fuel tanks only one lpg tank weighed in on scales at 4740 lb with driver and half tank of lpg

l had to get my truck wieghted at the flying j truck stop,, its wt was 3000 kg its a 92 f-150 ex.cab 4wh dr. 7ft box flareside

Uhm..., no, as has been stated above. GVWR is GROSS weight. IOW, the entire weight of your truck PLUS it's cargo.

GVWR is the max you're allowed to weigh, counting any trailer you have behind you, and whatever you're crammed into the box. It is a "do not exceed" weight for your truck, not the truck's weight.
