Ford 1999 4.0 Missing

Hello all and thank you in advance for your information. I have a 1999 Ford Ranger with a 4.0L v6 with a bad miss. The symptoms are as follows acording to my autoengenuity scanner. Bank one long term mixture lean 17% to 25%, Missfire on #1 and an abnormal lean o2 sensor output. Is this a symptom of a bad injector? I have replaced plugs and wires, fuel filter, bank one o2 sensor. AT WOT. bank one 02 sensor gets to .6v to .7x and bank two holds at .8v.

It doesn't sound ignition-related. Have you checked the fuel pressure?

Whats it missing besides 47 hp that you can get from a 4.0 sohc ha ha. Like Rockledge, I believe it sounds more fuel related.
