well i've got a 69 f100, regular cab, 360/c6, and the windows fog only when it rains. i have a brand new heater core and have for some time now so i know its not that, i had trouble getting oem seals for my windows since they were shaky, but i got some materials from work and fabbed some up, so thats no longer an issue, my 71 never did this, and my buddys truck dont fog up during the rain either. if i crack the windows a bit and run the defrost then the windshield is fine but all the rest of the windows are still foggy, i dont get it.
any ideas?
thanks,
dave
A lot of time it requires Cold air (AC) to defog windows. How are your air ducts?
I have used some after market window treatment that keeps windows for fogging up in the past.
thanks for the help guys, although i dont have a/c and nor did my 71.
youre right about the humidity levels john, for some reason its awefully stuffy in my truck when it rains and i'm sure thats what my problem is, but i cant seem to figure out what would be causing it.
