17 inch wheels

anybody runnin a set of 17's on their 1/2 ton? just wondering about gettin some for my 72 but am unsure of the backspacing that'll be need, plus i have the 3" lowered i-beams so i dont know if they'll hit the fender or not, thanks

Don't worry 17's wont hit if you get the correct back spacing.
I got 22's and barely hit lock to lock.

You may be able to head over to the tire rack website and get to 'sample' wheels for it; see what fits, see what you like...
