door open light
I have a F250 2002 Crew Cab. The door ajar light won't go off, remote entry doesn't work and the automatic door lock when moving doesn't work. All of the symptoms started at the same time. What should I look for to fix the problem?

Just a guess here, but it sounds like the remote entry relay may be stuck. Now I don't know if that is even possible. Try pulling the fuse that controls the door locks, or better yet, disconnect the batteries for a few seconds and see if that resets it. Make sure your unlock button isn't stuck on you remote fob.

Mine started acting up, but was intermittent. I simply sprayed a little CRC silicone on each of the door latches and it cleared right up. WD-40, or whatever your favorite flavor of spray lube will work, too...
