chips?

what is the best chip or programmer for a '96 7.3L? i've got the exhaust and intake for flow and im looking to buy a chip.

Well before you buy a chip you need to get a pyrometer for measure exhuast temps so you don't melt a piston. Then buy a Tony wildman chip or a DP-tuner. they are top notch and don't cost any more than big name low power chips!!
