a 1990 F250 parts truck followed me home... rear wheels have not been off for a long, long time...so far gentle persuasion has no effect...any ideas???

A good dousing with PB Blaster for a day or so should make them come off much easier.
Ford uses hub centric wheels, so be sure to spray around the hole in the center where the hub sticks through.
