camshaft replcement ASAP

<hr style="color: rgb(102, 102, 102);" size="1"> <!-- / icon and title --> <!-- message --> hey people, ok i need some help here its been a few years since ive done a cam, i need to know some of the steps again have to do one tomorrow in a 89 f150 351 might be 302 but same deal either way, ok i know i have to pull intake and rockers, but do i have to pull lifters also i do right sorry for sounding like i have no idea, i do but been so long and been working on deisels and semi units for the last few years. If someone had a link to a good page with all the steps and specs would be great, or if someone would been kind enough to post the steps for me would be great, also going to be doing this with motor in truck if that helps at all well i could use all the help i can get thanks alot people hope to hear from some of you
