just take this as a lesson. next time don't use that body shop. i don't know what state you are in and what your laws are about insurance, but you should be able to take your truck to whatever shop you want. yes the insurance co. is paying, but it's the body shop's fault for not putting the decals back on. all you have to do is be firm with them. threaten to file a complain with the BBB and take legal action if necessary. Don't lose your cool, but make sure your tone sends the message that you are very unsatisfied and will do whatever it takes to make them pay for the issue.

also, you didn't state if your insurance was paying (hit and run) or if it was the truck driver's insurance.

no it wasnt a hit and run i watched the semi hit it and was even yelling at him to stop he looked at me like i was stupid, theres only a few body shops around that are good took it to the "best" and it turned out like this, ive never had to use one before, it just amazes me they didnt even notce the prob yet the other bed was sitting nexet to my truck and then they said oh well we didnt notice, oh well, ive tried with the insurance company i dont even really know who they are i used his of course and the body shop was just a bunch of idiots who have been breathing paint fumes way to long, i just picked up new decals and my dealer is putting them on for me for now charge
