2005 ambulance filter location
Hey guys I jusut got appointed the vehicle maint. person for the fire department that I work for. Most of my knowledge is gas cars/trucks and working on diesels are new to me. I was wondering if I could get some help on locations of the oil and fuel filters. I found the oil filter next to the oil pan and what I believe to be the fuel filter on the same side just a little farther back. My questions are: Is there only one oil filter? (some of our engines/trucks have two) Is there another fuel filter somewhere? (I am almost positive there is). Any help would be great. I haven't had time to take the dog house off yet so maybe there are some filters hidden under there.

Since you are talking about ambulances you need to let us know if it is the E series van cab, or the F series truck cab. I have seen ambulances made out of both, although the van cabs seem to be more popular.
