well thanks to a genius semi truck driver my druck got backed into and basically destoyed the bed on my 05 F-250, got a new bed put on by a local body shop but they didnt throw my decals back on, they put on just the 4x4 and i really liked my others, now the body shop is saying they will charge me for these things so i figured id just find them myself and put them on....problem cant find them some on ebay but not sure how they would hold up any help would be great, i would rather not head to the dealer yet cause they charge and arm and a leg
I would take it up with the insurance company. they did not return your vehicle to PRE-ACCIDENT CONDITION which is their responsibility. Demand the insurance pay for it and they can go after the body shop if it was their mistake.
I agree with efoster. That's why we have insurance. They don't mind sticking us with high premiums! We pay the premiums to have our vehicle repaired properly.
yeah tried that and they arent having it saying its only a sticker....they werent even to happy bought giving me a new bed they just wanted to repair it and i told them i bought the truck with no bondo and i want it fixed, its the insurance people fault not the morons at the body shop even though they notcied they were wrong and went ahead anyways

It isn't just a sticker, it's a trim level and it's a trim level badge. Not having it will affect resale value (at least that's your argument). It's kind of an inexpensive thing so might not be worth calling a lawyer over. But you would win if you pushed this.
Call your insurance company and DEMAND they take care of it. If they won't take care of it, ask for the home office number. If that doesn't work call the states attorney generals office. It ain't the $51, it's the principle involved. They would deny your claim in a HEARTBEAT if you were $51 short on your last payment!
The insurance companies make BILLIONS each year from us. Get what you have rightfully paid for.
I am in the insurance business and the insurance company owes you to repair the vehicle to the condition it was in a millasecond before the accident no if ands or buts about it. Now for 51.00 it might not be worth fighting over it.
One word of advise for everyone that reads this post is that The Only Thing Guranteed About Insurance is the Premiums.
you definitely want to have the insurance company involved. i had the same problem about 2 years ago with a previous truck and when they (body shop) removed the stickers they pulled the clear coat off and some of the paint. had to repaint the entire bed. not a job you want to attempt yourself...my insurance finally agreed and sucked it up....
Check out http://streetgraphics.net.I got my FX4 stickers there for $20. I got the blue with the lighting. They look good to me.
Don't mean to hijack the thread, but how are the quality of those stickers? Do they seem pretty durable, or at least comparable to the stock ones? Are the stock decals easy to get off? I found a set on there that I kinda like, but don't want to go screwing with my truck if something bad is probably gonna happen.
thanks for all replies, im just gonna go ahead and get some from somewhere, as far as for the insurance it was a hassle for them even to give me a new bed, im not gonna waste my time on fighting them over $50 or so
