Brake Drum removal

Any tips for removing a brake drum where the adjuster is siezed, the show hold down pins are sheered off and the drum is stuck on the shoes?

You can try prying inside the adjuster hole until the adjuster falls off.

You will damage stuff, or use a BFH and beat the drum into submission.

If the shoe pins are sheered, then go ahead disconnect the brake line to the wheel cylinder and unbolt the wheel cylinder. Now remove the nut on the achor bolt and the whole assembly should pull off.

I got it off already. It is on my 99 Dakota 2wd for work. The drivers side had a siezed up adjuster, which I was able to eventually fit a chisel in there and free it up and get the whole thing off. I thought about unbolting the wheel cylinder, but the bolts looked awfully nasty. I didn't want to snap them off. On the passenger side, the adjuster arm wasn't even resting on the start wheel so it did no good at all.
