Well if Kris talked you into it he should have told you to skip the lope idle because it is a waste of money from what I hear. Good for, well, nothing. As for the 100, why bother if you get the 120 race. I have found very little difference between my 80e and 120r on the strip except maybe some smoke which tells me my truck needs some mods to take advantage of the 120.

As for the questions, just go to the site or ITP and look at the data sheet they want you to fill out. Basically your puter code, any mods, tranny info and that about does it. Just check out the sheet.

Well, there is only a handfull of different codes anyway, and he is very familiar with them for year/model. You may be able to get by, but then again I can't say for sure. Phone call will take care of all that.

I caved. Got Impatient......

They can't diagnose the oil leak, they need to pull the tranny. The general thought process is that it's a pressure leak, like HPOP or crankcase. Valley is bone dry, I just did the Turbo, IC, up-pipe swap last week. Since it's been leaking for 8 months or so, I just go tired of the drip. Oil is everywhere, so out comes the dye, and me answering the service mgr's questions of "Where's this CCV terminate?" and "Why the shiny turbo and up-pipes?"

If you pay for an extended warranty, I'm sure as $h!+ gonna take advantage of it.

They don't even seem interested in diagnosing my current fuel volume issue...
Lack of Fuel/Boost Troubleshooting help needed...

Sorry about the venting.. See the above link for more...

I'm surprised they're even considering a warranty repair based on the mods. Get some while you can.

I thought if you idled for long periods in the cold (not 2 mins at the light) it helps with wet stacking?

You would have to clean it throughly first then the dye would work.

Could it be your EBPV leaking? Mine did. Changed o-rings on the turbo, changed EBPV guts and pedestal. Know what fixed it? Another pedestal. You see, the bore somehow got scored so changing the EBPV guts didn't help. Changing the turbo pedestal didn't help either because the reman unit was leaking. Talked to someone who said they changed 3 pedestals before they found one that didn't leak. The way they diagnosed the pedestal was to clean it all out, hook up the computer and forced the EBPV to cycle a few times. Oil came out which was identified by the dye and life was good.
