My entire F-150 is currently stripped down getting some chassis rust and body work fixed up. While the motor is out I thought I'd find out what mods I can do to increase performance.
Also I'm going to get a bolt-on supercharger later on.

Here's a guy who is taking a 5.4 and hopping it up for his Mustang. He's using Cobra (4.6L) heads, valves and cams. Since they put out 320 horse on a 4.6, this guy ought to be up near the 375 hp range, maybe up to 385 horse like the Cobra R. He ran into a few problems due to the difference in deck heights between the two engines, but not too bad. I didn't know if you were interested but I thought it was pretty cool. You gotta let me know if you actually try this. Later.

I couldn't be happier with my Magnacharger kit. i looked at all the cetrifugal kits, and would have gone with ATI because it's intercooled. The instant boost of the Eaton is awesome, and it's intercooled to boot! Let me know if you have any questions, I'll be happy to answer them for you!
