Installed my DP EVO2.. Got problems/questions.
Ok, So I spent the better part of the afternoon installing a Cooling mist Water/meth kit and my DP EVO 2.
Here is my problem.. With the Evo on the 120hp tune I see 20#s and the EGT gets over 1250 before I hit 50 MPH.. Is this normal?
I tired the other 2 tunes(40 tow & 80 Econo) and they also get over 1250 pretty fast..
I do notice that the truck is more responsive but it's far from fast. I tried running the water/meth system on and off.. No difference.
I went to the stock setting and I'm only seeing 11#'s .. Is this normal?

Oh, and boost seems low. You should easily be getting to 25psi and then some with the stock compressor wheel. I was getting to ~28psi before I went with the Wicked Wheel. It now maxes right at 25 where it should.

Yah I figured that the boost was pretty low.. I used to my tuned 05, that was running around 28-29#s and that thing hauled !!! These 7.3s are new to me and so far I'm not too impressed.
I think Jody turned down the tuning because of the Water/meth kit. He said that he turns down the fuel since the Meth is a fuel. Here is the thing.. With the water/meth all of the meth is at the top and the water is at the bottom. Nothing I do can get them to mix. So right now it's just shooting in water.. Im thinking that might have something to do with the low power/high ETG's.
And on my last drive the Evo started changing colors by it's self. So now I have that to deal with.. geezzz.....
