I think my truck sort of sits a little to level in the rear, or even looks like it goes downwards, and i think if i added just one leaf it would take care of all those illusions. What do you guys think? Heres a picture of what i am talking about.

I like the back a little bit higher than the front.
Looks like the front was lifted a bit more than the rear was. A good spring shop could re-arc the existing rear leaves to give you more height. Another leaf could be added, like you suggested, if you don't mind the ride being stiffer. How about adding larger blocks between the axle and the spring pack?

As far as I know, thats the stock suspension for the F350. Yeah, I always sorta of noticed the rear not higher than the front, so I just didnt know what you guys thought too. Its not that the truck isnt high, but its not always pleasing to the eye the way it sits some what level. Will adding another block hurt my payload and towing capacity?
First off, you dont want to stack blocks. If you go with a block, get one that makes up the height of both of them put together. Rearching usually doesnt last very long. I would say just get an add a leaf. It will give you a little bit of a harsher ride, but it wont squat with weight as bad.
Hey I got 2 cents. I've added a leaf to my rear pack, re-arched them, and I have bags. Thats all b/c of lots of towing and I have the loooooong wheelbase. That said, when its empty, man oh man. You can have the bags way down and it can still be a heck of a rough ride on those roads where the low bidder did the work.
I just wanted to say really be sure you want it that stiff on a short wheelbase like that before you do it. And keep a spare kidney in your glovebox next to the CPS.
Ya, i prob am just getting too **** about it. I am really into seeing a change, not replacing the leaf springs would be prob the only thing i havent tackled yet on this truck, but ur right guys, just should let that one slide. I do have ever see a sligh sink in the left side of the truck, so me adding a leaf figured that might help straightren it out. But man i love this truck, its been at the body shop since 7/30, and doesnt get out til 8/10! I have been going nuts just waiting around
