help decode my truck!

guys need some help decoding vin data plate: F25YRH18961 BELOW THAT READS: 131 D F254 434 G 24 BELOW THAT READS: 06900 170 4100 73 SHOULD BE A 1970. THANKS!

Assembled: San Jose

4.10 Dana 60
