Wow, that's a new one on me. Sounds like a call to Jody is in order. Sorry I can't help. But as you probably know. You're in the right place to be asking.
how come when i put it back to stock #1 on my tuner it has the SES but when i put it on 80 econ or 120race it does show the SES????
Your question doesn't quite make sense. The way it's worded says that the SES light on the stock and 80/120 settings. I'm guessing you meant to type "why doesn't it set the SES light in stock mode, but does in the 80 or 120?"
If so, the reason is that the 80 and 120 settings sometimes can call for more oil than your hpop can supply. The injectors are driven by high pressure oil, and when the pump can't keep up, it sets the 1211 code. Unless your hpop is really weak, you should only get this when you're real hard on the throttle. If you get it all the time, you might give Jody a call and see if the programs need tweaking, or it could be that your stock hpop is just very weak.
I have D.P tunes, the first few time's out playing and would pull back in the driveway, idle, switch back to 1 STOCK and Yes my SES light would come on! Once I let my truck idle for 10-15 secs it would clear, it did this maybe the first 5 times????? Now it no longer does it?? I just chalked it up to HPOP and other things adusting to the drastic change! Now when I switch back to stock, the truck loses maybe 1-200 RPMs then comes back, I dont think its anything to be concerned with! If I was concerned I would call Jody or Bill or anyone at D.P for that matter! I think its only 3 of them though? Jody's wife, Diane (I think).

well i think my problem was that i was messing around last nite and set it off due to overboost but i have an overboost annihilator on but i mite have to adjust it but yes im positive only in the stock mode would it set of the SES not 80 econ mode or 120
I have only one thing to say at this point, (yeah right, go figure), do not mess with the annihilator ****. That per Dennis and Jody. Sounds silly and most of us here are wrench turners, but that is what they say. Now in your case, the BA is functioning correctly as it shouldn't set a code in the higher settings and it is not. The other issue is probably a soft code in stock. It may even be unrelated to the BA. Are you able to pull codes?
If you must fool with it, use the old carb jet/idle mixture screw adjustment trick of marking or measuring the turn so as to be able to return it to the setting it was calibrated and tested at before shipping. I know that makes the adjuster **** look like **** on a bull but if you do not have the test equipment to re-set it, your stabbing in the dark.
If someone asks me about the jet/idle mixture screw I'm gonna have to blow up and call them a whippersnapper.

I was told by Jody that all of his DP tunes have a slightly faster idle than stock. My stock setting, and my old S/C, which I've also got as a setting, both idle at a lower rpm than the 4 DP tunes that I've got.
