Hello everyone! I need your help asap. I got home today and tried to let up my driver side window, but it won't go up. Everyone elses did but mine. When I press down on the window switch I can hear a clicking sound coming from the fuse box. I'm not sure which fuse to check. I have a owner's manual, but I have to admit I'm confused.
I'm supposed to be leaving for family vacation tomorrow morning so if anyone can help me tonight I will be your BFF.
I have a 1999 ford expedition xlt 4X4 with 5.4 liter engine and all power windows.
My 00 gator started doing the same thing. I could make the window go up by holding the swithc and banging on the bottom of the door panel or slamming the door shut. This worked until I orded a new motor from rock auto.
Replaced the one touch down relay, still no power. I can hear and feel a clicking sound at the fuse box when I push down on the window control on the door. Do you guys think its the motor or the GEM?
Any help would be beneficial guys, we're already 3 hours behind schedule for our family vacation. My kids are going to explode if I don't fix asap.
