Also, i may sound a little sarcastic because i honestly dont care what it will cost me to get it fixed. Theres an issue, i ran the truck the way i wanted to run the truck and i know what ill have to do and pay to fix it. So regardless of my attitude, the question remains the same.

i see now. Its my opinion and i for one did not like the Drag file. Street file was underpowered and the drag file would almost stall my truck and when it did go the tranny hit so hard it wasnt funny.

I still recommend his files, however bad mouthing matt i did not do. He has some of the best price's and is very skilled in what he does. I personaly didnt care for the tunes provided. I for one speak my mind and if i dont like something, im going to offer my opinion when asked. Thats the beauty of having a choice.

I have exsisting tunes that run alot stronger, sorry its from a non sponser of this forum but thats a fact of life.


As far as coming back to this board, ill be here regaurdless of who calls me out, I offer my knowledge to anyone that wants it. Im willing to run my truck in the ground for the sake of learning and improving. So call me out all you want, ill be here with facts.

Dj's tunes work for me every time. They know my truck, they get it right. Sorry that I dont want to work for days on end getting a tune to work right. I race, i run my truck hard. Everything other then the tunes are from matt, and ill continue to buy my parts from him.

I would have to say IMO that when you decoded to include Matt's name and his company name in the post when you "utterly hated them" that was trashing Matt. If you didn't like the tunes or they weren't what you expected you should have left his name and company name out if you respected him or his work unless you wanted to trash time. Just a bad decision on choice of words in that post.

 

People asked about the tunes, i gave my opinion. Thats like asking if you like kmart or walmart. People will not like one or the other.


Matt is a good guy, His company will do well. I utterly hated the drag and street tune. Big deal, I just gave 3 people his info yesterday. When i talk to new or old ford owners, i give all the options. I say to go matt for parts and tuners, get tunes from him or DJ. Im throwing names and work at them every chance i get because there the 2 best out there.

Matt, sorry i didnt get back with you but eh i have exsisting tunes that run better for me. Im a busy man as are you so if you or anyone else feels bad about it, go defend your self in the other post.

The problem with this board is that everyone is tied to one vendor. Theres no other option other then Matt atm in your eyes. Sorry that i differ from everyone else. Dj is my tune guy, matt is my parts guy. Yay for choices.

 

what the hell is wrong with loyalty? it could be you didnt know how to launch the truck causing your truck to act up. as long as you are posting in a open forum, millions will possibly read that statement and they will judge from there. people like you are the problem with this board, or any others out there. it called being two-faced, and i for one could care less for it. i hope matt declines doing your work and im sure even with your bad mouthing him, he is still a busy man.

 

Everybody on this forum is loyal to what works the best, and we all know that Matt makes it happen. Smart people stick with what works, very rarely do you see people stickin with something that dosnt work. I agree that if you respected matt and his work that you would've left his company name and personal outta the conversation.

Matt will do what ever it is he wants to do. Honestly if he doesnt want my money so be it. I shall go elsewhere. There are 3 venders that now offer tunes, im sorry but i dont play the loyalty crap. DJ has been just as good to me and i may even call him up and see if he's a vender here, and if not ill offer to pay his vendor status because i cant imagine what would happen if you people had a choice.

Every new person that signs on here is pounded with Buy matt's stuff, buy his tunes, buy buy buy well quess what, theres more then just him out there, and there certainly may or may not be better programmers. I prefer DJ's because he actually runs his own tunes, each tune is custom and i have never, repeat never had a problem with him or tunes. I will say if i ever get screwed, or tunes start going south then i will move on to someone new or maybe take the time to learn to make my own tunes.

Like i said, i dont like the tunes and didnt have the time to fight over it. As far as me destroying the board or what ever it is you feel im doing here, what ever. Ive had mods here thanking me for supporting people like you when problems arise.

I think you and everyone else will have to suck it up because i honestly dont care about it. I gave my opinion and that is exactly what it is. It didnt work with me and i dont have the time in my life to play phone tag over a tune. I will continue to help people on this board, and i hope you cry everytime i post.

There's nothing that says you cant use other peoples tunes, its your truck so do as you please. We all know what works and what dosnt. Matt is a busy guy, so if he dosnt get back to you that day its cause he's swamped with other people who take priority over you. You should know by now that if you trash people they generally arent gonna go outta their way to help you. Since you have trashed Matt as well as the rest of us, you probably are gonna get the cold shoulder treatment. Nobody deserves to have you, a nobody, trash them when all they did was try and help you. And on your way out you might wanna take a peek at the forum guidelines that way your a little bit familiar with the rules the next time you come around.

Ok I have stayed out of this until this point but the line must be drawn somewhere.

Other vendors are allowed on this site if they wish to sponsor. Ken Payne nor any of the other adminstrators, or even me for that matter will have any problems if DJ would like to come over here and sponsor. I have no issues with Vivian or DJ; Vivian was even courteous enough to give me a call and alert me to a situation a few days ago with no other intent and purpose other than to help me and a few other vendors out. If attacking me is your motive for bringing them over here; you might should research into another method of attack.

Which brings me to this- why are you attacking me to begin with? I don't recall saying anything to you but the one response I made in the thread corresponding to this subject, and I do believe I offered to correct your tunes even after your other statement at the Diesel Garage; which I have otherwise politely ignored. I have done absolutely nothing wrong to you and your attitude toward me is in no way shape or form appreciated; or justified.

What bothers me even more is that the tunes I provided you were free- I did NOT have to continue my support from LIPD purchases; that is technical Jeremy @ LIPD's job. I only continued that support for yourself and other customers as an act of professional kindness in order to prevent customers from facing a potentially unpleasant situation with the other company. I have in no way shape or form ever been obligated to provide any former LIPD customers my support; especially free of charge. I have done so at my own choosing to try to provide everyone the most positive support with their tuners (at my time and expense, mind you), and to get it thrown back in my face as you have now done (even overlooking your original post at TDG) really, really pisses me off.

ive said it a dozen times this thread alone, matt is a good guy, sells good ****, i just do not care for the tunes.

Tell you all what, how about we do this, ill take Dj's best tune, and run it up agasint Matts best tune. Winner gets to tell everyone to stfu. Come to think about it we would all be winners.
