Lift springs

I have an 03 F250 V10...

Found a guy with an 00 excursion that wants to give me his 8 in lift.

My question is whether or not it will fit, and if not, what I will have to do to get it to fit... or is it just not worth it.

Thanks in advance

How much does he want for it. I would think almost everything should match up pretty well. An X is technically a 250 with a cap. You may have some minor changes to make but it should work. Was his X gas or diesel.

Yeah his X is a diesel... I am thinking/hoping everything will match up

I am getting a good package deal consisting of:

8in lift
8 38 in tires and rims
roof rack with 4 lights
fabtech prerunner grill guard
hi lift jack
for 800 bucks...

U cannot beat that. Take it and make it fit. If you take it to a good shop for install they will make it fit with minor fabrications.

Oh yeah, worse case scenario you can sell it for a profit to someone. That's smoking! Nothing like being at the right place at the right time with a little cash in your pocket. By the way since your saving so much money, a nice set of shocks will do wonders for your ride. My buddy has a F250 lifted. He rode in my Ex. and immediately ordered a set of FOX shocks.

No, they are pretty good... one set is 38x15 TSLs, and the other set are 38x15 TRXUS ATs... The ATs have quite a bit of wear, but the TSLs are good
