I have never been able to tell my sister ANYTHING.
I'm just "the poor dumb younger brother".
I tried to tell my sister that the engine was NOT 'cooked' and that she could get this car back on the road for less than $1500.
I tried to tell her to get a Corolla, IF she HAD to have a new car.
She won't buy a Ford or GM or Mopar product.
Oh well. . . I've got that Lexus ES300 sitting in the garage, and she has a Hun. . hun. . . hun. . .hyundai sitting in hers.

You could sell the Lexus, and bag a really nice resto project with the cash having BANKED off of the whole deal!

My youngest daughter (just turned 16) thinks. . .keyword. . . thinks that this Lexus is gonna be hers.
I may just trade or sell the Lexus. Other than being 'PLUM' in color, it's in really great shape. That, and the small oil leak that I believe is from the oil filter.
But, I have to wait until the weekend to check that out.
