08 King Ranch Wheels
Great info.
The tires are 13.1 and rated for 8.5-11 so I will give the KR wheels a shot and keep an eye on feathering.
So why do they rate a 13.1 tire as a 12.5 instead of a 13????
Its just the way it works. It is not 13.50 and there is no 13.00, so it fits in the catagory of 12.50. Just like my 12.50's are actually 12.90.
I am not sure if you know or not... Using factory 18" or 20" and 37X12.50R**, there is a chance of a slight rub on the frame at full steering lock. Not a big deal though.
Make sure you drop Cooper a e-mail for the load/inflation table for your tire. They have been very helpful in my contacts with them.

Do you know what the load range of the STT you are looking at is?
The tire is actually a 37X12.5X17.
If I get the 18" KR wheels I will have them machined to fit the tire.
When I ran the 13.5 Toyo tire on a 7.5 wheel, I had real problems w/unneven tread wear but I just used the recommended psi.

I know you can machine 22.5" wheels down to fit 22's, but I have never heard of taking a inch off a factory wheel. I do not see it working, but then again I have never looked into trying it!
As for a 13.5 on a 7.5", I would expect poor tire wear even if you tweaked the air pressures. I would not even put 13.5 on a 8" let alone a 7.5".
