Well I have my truck home. Thanks to a 50 dollar rollback ride.
My tranny is in the bed in about 963.2 pieces.
My new tranny is being built out in Arizona I think somewhere @ Brian's Truck Shop.It should be done end of next week and ready to ship to Middle-town DE to my guys shop.I will then have my truck towed to his place and the conversion will begine.Here is a list of things to get me going again.
$3000 for new tranny/$900 for 4r100 torque converter + shipping.+ whatever all thees parts will cost + the price of installing them all. Price in the end? Who knows.
(I got this info from a guy on the Harley site)
-new tranny cross member
-new tranny harness
-new mid-pipes or extend your old ones (this is if you don't have a L exhaust already, the N/A mid-pipes crossover sooner & the 4R100 is longer)
-new shorter drive-shaft
-new tranny lines for feed & return
-new flex plate (4R70W is a 4 bold to the converter & 4R100 is a 6 bolt to converter IIRC)
-new computer (maybe can get away with a tune)
Oh well,,,poop happens.
I'll let you all know how it's going in 2 or 3 weeks.

Well you are just a regular ole posting guru. My take a day or two after your 25th for the system to update. There is a size limit on avatars, pics in sigs unless you become a SUPPORTER, then you can enter the danger zone of ClubFTE. LOL
