Sorry George but I very seriously doubt it will be ready by the 16th!
I just sent the money to AR yesterday for the tranny. So hopefully they'll ship it out today or tomorrow.
Oh and they waited till the very last minute to ask,,,so what are you sending back to get your core deposit back? Now it's costing me an extra 1000 bucks.
Anybody got an old 4R100 laying around they want to sell?

Jumping in the conversation late. My wife and I are down the Jersey shore for the rest of the week(Wildwood, Cape May area). If anyone is just across the way and would like to hook up give a shout. I will probably be running over to Delaware to buy some lottery tickets. If you see some old fat guy swimming very fast in the bay, you'll know I won.

Well my 86 is now a automatic and movable again, I put the trans cooler in today. The only thing left with the trans change is I have to mount the console to the floor, adjust the shifter and figure out were to get the vacuum for the modulator from. Then it will be drivable again and maybe I can make one of the closer meets with it.
