I went with isspro and I love them. The instal was very straight forward but somewhat time consuming. It's like anything else, once you do it, if you were to do it again you would be able to do it more proficiently.
Is the gauge pod not held in with the factory style clips? If its not, then what holds it in?
my A-pillar pod is installed over the factory A-pillar cover, I did remove the assist handle on the drivers side and used the holes from the handle to route wires and sensors. I did have to driil four small holes in the factor A-pillar cover at the top and bottom both left and right and I had small plastic/vinyl push-in style rivets that finished the job.
As with 7.3L DID TD most people use the little color matched plastic rivets to hold it in place over the factory pliiar cover. I used little stainless steel screws on mine. On the outer side they are hidden under the weather stripping. In the inside, once they were in place I hit them with paint on a q-tip. Can't hardly even see them unless you know what to look for. Its really not that tough of a job. It's just time consuming as others have posted.
Im about to order the set from dieselManor.com, but I dont know what boost gauge to get. I dont know what mods I will do in the future, but I doubt I will do a TON of mods.

I would get the higher numbered boost gauge (60 PSI). I hit 30 sometimes and If I do any mods that increase my boost, I'll not see it.
