I gotta get me a DP tuner, y'all got me drooling all over my keyboard. Question is besides exhaust and gauges what are the minimum amount of mods needed to run it safely? early 99 F350 7.3 CC LB 4X4

I have the early 99 as well..Jody has a very good tune for the early 99 computer...you may want to think about a good open air filter..the kwikk 6637 works good for around 50 bucks or so..I went with the AFE stage 2 with the progaurd7 filter..we have a lot of road salt use up hear and that dust is very fine and nasty..my oil test has always come back as very good air filtration,.if you have an auto I recommend the BTS VB as well..tell Jody you getting this so he can set up your tunes for it..tell Brian at BTS you are getting Jody's tune so he can make it to shift right...

slayer if you order the dp tuner thru itp diesel like i did you get like five or six bucks off the overboost annihilator and its super easy to install i paid 375 shipped for the tuner with one extra tune and the overboost kit plus dennis gives you a free t-shirt too i was very please with his customer service

So the smaller turbo and injectors on my truck won't really affect the performance of the tuner? Also on the 6637 mod how hard is the install on the early 99? isn't the battery box designed different on these. any mods needed to the box?
