hey Matt, I got another tree question. I've got a tree in my backyard (my only really big tree) that has 3 big vertical sections that come out of the base. (fork) Where they seperate, they are cracked and split, like they are spliting apart. The tree seems very much alive (green leaves) I know its hard without a picture... wait pics are here https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/6...g-project.html

can it be saved?

I can't really tell how bad the splits are in that picture. But, it should be able to get saved. You have to hire a tree service to come in and install some cabling and or bracing. Hire a tree service that has ISA certified arborists. They will know the best system to use on that tree. Judging from that tree be prepared to spend around 4-600 dollars to save it.

3. heavy duty chains for pulling
4. a bunch of buddies
5.amywhere from 3-10 cases of beer, depending on how many buddies
6. a cooler big enough to suit the demand to cool the beverages.
