The 97 and 98 F-150 off road package did not have any stickers but it came with 17" wheels skid plates, a dash mounted transfer case shifter and a LS diff. in 99 the off road package became the FX4 and about all that changed was the FX4 has 5 spoke 17" wheels and a pair of stickers.
