I should have been more specific, I'm looking for the single stainless model, 409 would work fine for me in Fla. unless I got a good price on the better stainless model...
Then go to the Ford section. The T409 SS for our trucks is $430, but that's without a tip. I added the $60 tip, and there was no charge for shipping. You don't *HAVE* to have a tip, but it really makes it look nice!!
Izzy, you're probably right, I was just going by what the web site said under the notes section (last line).
Notes
Pro Series Material: T-304 has the highest chromium and nickel content making it the most corrosion-resistant material in the industry.
XP Series Material: T-409 stainless steel is a cost-effective, high-grade, low carbon steel with excellent corrosion resistance, and strength.
The MBRP Pro and XP systems are available without a catalytic converter for off-road-only applications.

MBRP 4" kits come with MBRP exhaust tip part #T5051
I'd definitely ask them then. I got the T5049 with my kit because I like the way it looked. Give them a call -- I had to add the tip on extra, but if you press them on that little line on their site they may cave and send you the 5051.... If so, let us know, because $430 for a 4" SS system with a tip isn't much more than most aluminized kits...
BTW, I finally found a pic of the inside of the MBRP muffler. A lot of guys suggest the muffler delete, but with this system, I'd say there isn't much difference with or without the muffler:
actually, you'd be AMAZED at the difference. maybe not much in airflow, but a huge difference in sound. i have the same, but alumized, and wouldn't put the muffler back in for nothing.
Well I finally got around to ordering the MBRP 409 system today and was told by the salesman at Thouroughbred Diesel that ALL 4" kits include the SS exhaust tip #T5051.
$430 to the door...that's a hard price to beat!
Thanks again IZZY for the website link...

If I lived out in the country on my g/f's 40acres then I'd drop the muffler, but I live in suburbia and go to work around 5AM, and not everyone is a morning person like me...
