How bad is the tranny that is in it right now? Can you still drive your truck?

Well as far as I know it's better then his oil plug, but not as good as the steering.

better let him say,
but if I do remeber right secound gear is the trouble gear, but does kinda work.

And secound gear is nice when first is a Granny gear.

Yeah no kidding. He better get that thing working though, its a shame to have a truck like that not ripping around right now.

well the good thing is my truck has enough torque to go straight from first into third. The tranny doesnt like to stay in second, pops out all the time and its doubtful thats its a linkage problem, Other than the oil plug which is fixed till its rebuild time, the steering is a little loose. Theres about 18" of play in the wheel, which is pretty normal. I have a new worm gear and shaft i just have to get around to rebuilding it

think that means degree. At least with Fords you can get parts, try Corn binders.

interested in another international Ryan?? there was one in the bargain hunter for 800.00 in preeceville. can get the number and particulars for you if you want... said it has a running 304 in it...

Depends what year, I really like the 56-61 Internationals, but that's onl what I like 55's and 62's look like crap.
(I don't think Effie likes us talking bout IH's on his thread though......)
