ok I was headed to the local home depot for some last minute thing for the house remodel when i had to stop pretty quick, guesse the honda wasnt paying attention and i almost had a new tailgate courtesy of honda motors!
I bet she wont talk on the phone and try to negotiate around ford trucks any-more too bad i need a new gate
i had a little car hit me once in the rear on my 1995 f350, some teen girl yakking on the cell fone not paying attention when i stopped.
didn't do any damage to my truck, but totaled her car, it was an 80's (?) japanese care and the front ran right into my big pintle hook hitch i had, the hitch went through her radiator and smash the whatever part of her engine, it didn't even knock all the hardened mud off the hitch.

Does it make me a bad person to absolutely love hearing stories like this?
I have a dented tailgate and have been very tempted on numerous occasions to take advantage of some A-hole who was behind me like he was hitched to my truck.
I figger sooner or later it will happen justifiably, the way some kids drive around here so I am just biding my time.
Try it in an 18 wheeler!
Young girl yakking on the cell, rearends the trailer! A little dent in the ICC bumper,,,,,Buick225 Electra,, Put the radiator into the fan, teaing up her engine.
Trooper laughed when I showed him the damage to the trailer vs. her car!

A few years ago I was stopped at a light when a woman (talking on a cell phone) ran her Thunderbird into my old Toyota pickup. There was plastic spread all over the road and the badly bashed T-bird had to be towed away. I drove the Toy away with a mashed bumper.
There are lots of drivers here in MD (Baltimore/Washington area) that drive that way, it keeps others from squeezing in front of them & standing on the brakes to keep from hitting the car in front - makes everyone behind the car that squeezed in stand on their brakes too. I am a bit puzzled why they drive that way on a 2 lane highway though. Maybe they like looking in my back seat. I have tried tapping on the brakes to let back off a bit, but they don't seem to have a clue to what is going on.
7 years ago I was sitting in the DOL parking lot waiting for the guy to come out to administer my driving test so I can get my license. Some guy in a Mazda pickup backs out and hits my front bumper...
