Dash bulbs

Dash bulbs
Replacing the bulbs in my dash cluster - most are burned out. The parts store lists three different bulbs for the dash: 53, 1445, and 1895. All three look almost the same. Does anybody know which indicators take which bulb? Does it matter?

Not sure if same, have a 65 which list the 'interior bulbs' as follows:
53- Differential Lockout
1445-Cigarette lighter socket, and w/s wiper
1895- are for all the other bulbs, including the turnsignal indicater.
Shop manual indicates dome bulb is a 1003.
Exterior bulbs have different numbers.
