I just got a 92 f150 4x4 302 5speed it stock tires 4inch lift and 410 or 411 gears
whae size should i go to get good mpg and and look good I was thinking 33X10.50x15s
Since you just got the truck, I would do a complete tune up.
Air filter
Plugs
Wires
Dist. Cap
Router Button
Drain all fluids (oil, tranny, front diff, rear, radiator, Brake)
Brakes
Lines
Universals if need be
Check rear end for slop
Every little bit will get better mpg
Synthetic oils in diffs and engine will help out too. Watch out though, synthetic is thinner and could pop up oil leaks. You will also see your oil level go down with synthetic on most vehicles.

I have an inline 300 and with 265x75x16 I was getting 16-19 highway. Of course that was with 306 gearing, but I went through the entire truck. And thats good MPG for that truck and over 180 miles.
Having 4:10 rears and 33" Tire is like a 3:55 reared truck with 31's . According to a old 4wd mag I got . As for mileage I know of 4:10 trucks getting same as 3:55 because the 3;55 is in passing or drive all time.
But the smaller the tire your MPG will raise to a point.
