new front brakes
My question is, What parts do i need to get to do this, and do they make kits for this kind of upgrade. Keep in mind I have a 77 4x4 f150.
1. Search the forums if you haven't already--it's a good idea to let people know you've searched. I'm sure someone has already asked the same question. Having said that, I'm sure I've asked the same question as others, too.

2. Check in the Brakes, etc forum https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/forum64/
3. Sometimes it takes folks a few days to get back with you on a post. I'm sure someone in here has an idea for you it just may take them a day or two to get back with you.
BTW, welcome to the site. There's a wealth of knowledge in here.
Cheers, 77red
In order to change your caliper to a four piston caliper like from Wilwood, Brembo, etc, you will have to make a new caliper bracket. If you want larger rotors, not only will you have to make a new caliper bracket for your new or old caliper to clear the disc, you will have to purchase a larger wheel to clear the caliper. You might want to try and contact Dyna-trac. They might have a kit for a different spindle/nuckle assembly that has a larger rotor and caliper that still has a 5-5 1/2 lug pattern. I used a Wilwood 6-piston ultra-light caliper on a Dana 60 with a five lug conversion assembly from them. I didn't have to purchase larger rims because I did not change the rotor size but I did have to install a 1" wheel spacer to make the back of the rim clear the side of the caliper. I also had to fabricate the caliper bracket to make them mount to the spindle/nuckle assembly. What you want to do can be done but it will take some work. I don't advise getting into fabricating braking parts unless you are a skilled fabricator and know how various parts will react together. A pre-engineered kit would do the best job and be the safest. You might not get the 4 piston caliper or larger slotted rotors but you know it will work correctly.
On a second note, what size tires are you running?
