If everyone wants to change the date that would be great but dont do it just on my account. I'll get my chance to make G2G's here and there.

I guess we should keep it om the 29th. If we start changing dates we will never make everyone happy.Lets just stick with the original plan. After Oct gets here I'll be busy deer hunting. I doubt I'll be making many meets till Jan unless I kill all the deer I can fit in my freezer early in the season.

Theres been a change of plans at work for the 29th. We are having our company picnic so we "should" have the day off. If we do and depending on the time of our picnic and the G2G, I might be able to make it. I will keep ya'll informed.

We are going to try to get the big pavilion by the lake or the spot behind the stables. I am going by this weekend to see if they can be reserved. This weekend is also the date for the Collierville car show. We might consider cruising over there after the cookout. Its a big show & the profits go to help kids. My boss won first place last yr in his class with his Mustang gt. It looks just like Elvira in Gone In 60 Seconds.

I checked the rates of places in the park. The 2 picnic areas are $75 a day Small shelters are $100 Large shelters are $150. I think I'll just get there early & get one of the small picnic table areas. I don't see enough members coming to rent a area. I saw several areas that were open this sat that had a couple of picnic tables & a grill.

I'll have to get over to the park early to find a picnic table. I'd say around 10 to 11 am start time.

We need to get things going for the G2G. I'm bringing charcoal & a grill & cooking supplies. I need everyone to post what your bringing such as hamburger buns & paper plates whatever. I plan to cook burgers & hotdogs. If anyone needs my phone number pm me & I'll send it to you. If anyone needs to get a map , this is the park address.

I will still be there but unfortunately, I have nothing to contribute. I have financial woes running up the ladder. Until next Tuesday, I have 3.03 in my bank.

I will bring some hamburgers and buns. I may not get there till a little after 11:00 though but I guess this is for lunch so there should be plenty of time to cook I guess.

You will be fine showing up after 11. I'm just going early to be sure to get a area. I'll go fishing till someone shows up. Just look for my big blue truck.
