Strange thumping

I've had some strange thumping noise coming from the right rear compartment (inside, over the wheel well) It became significantly louder when I turned on the rear AC. I tried disconnecting it, and the rear AC still works, but now with no thumping sound.

Does anyone know what is housed under the right rear panel behind the 3rd row seat?

Has anyone else had this issue?

Any feedback would be appreciated.

My jack is located there on my 97, it sounds like a loose broke, possibly holding the lines running to the rear A/C.

someone said its the door that switches the air or heat from floor to ceiling ??/tell me if it fixes the problem
