I have a 05 f-350 daully and have noticed it makes a thumping sound when turning sharp. if your in a parking lot and turning slow and sharp I hear a faint thump thump thump until you the wheel are straight again. It sound like something is rubbing the wheel or tire but I have checked it and can't find anything, if anyone has had this problem please let me know. Thanks

i have this same problem with my 2004 f250 and cant seem to pinpoint it, i thought it was the tires rubbing and no signs of that, so im interested too.
It sure sounds like locked hubs, they could be binding and not un-locking. Try switching them in and out of lock to auto a couple times then drive a couple feet and do it again.
I did the same and gone, thats just wierd ive never had that problem and was kinda getting scared there about something blowing up soon. thanks for all the help.
