Turbo comes from Beansdieselperformance Check them out they have good stuff. The D66 uses stock housing and is the only true bolt on turbo for our trucks.

http://www.beansdieselperformance.com/94-97turbo.htm

BTW I reall was kidding about most of the stuff Unless you have lots o' money. Head studs replace the bolts that hold the head on. They are for high boost engines, ie: 45-50psi and greater. They are stronger than our factory bolts but not necessary unless you get radical.

Oh yeah don't forget to get the chrome radiator bearing. LOL

I forgot to post what the woman at the emissions testing center when I pulled in the testing bay. Remember I'm in an F350 dually with the exhaust shortened coming out from just behind the passenger side back door. It says Powerstroke Diesel on the side and it idles like a diesel and the location of the exhaust makes it really sound like a diesel!

She said "O.K. is this a diesel?" I knew right then they didn't really know anything about these vehicles.

I am lucky it sounds like. Here in NM, they do a visual smoke check running at 2000 rpm. It is a PERMANENT exception to own a Diesel here, so I never have to get it inspected again.

Did you flush your brake system yet with new brake fluid and clean that reservoir? It needs it.

No I haven't, maybe the pic is misleading. The master cylinder is obviously pretty new and front brakes have about 5K on them. They really stop good, there is virtually no play in the brake pedal, very firm and no squealing at all. I barely have to get on them to stop this truck. Is it possible the previous owner used some sort of darker brand fluid that just looks like it looks?

Does that filler neck just go in place of the old one?
Is it a better seal?

The Super Duty fill spout is higher to make it possible to put oil in without taking off the intercooler tube. I should go right in.

Sure a funnel is easy but it was just a suggestion and cheap. It screws right in.

I got it at the dealer. I know it sounds funny something so cheap from a dealer but it is possible. I paid $3 and some change with my discount but I think it is around 5-6 bucks.
