3 speed manual ID?

3 speed manual ID?
OK, I've got 2 manual 3 speeds. One came from a '66 Bronco I6. The tag is rusted and unreadable, but the d side casting is C5AR-7006 B and has FOMOCO stamped in front of it. The other 3 speed is a '74 f100 and has ORION stamped on the D-side and C 2603000 behind it. The P side tag says RAB L2 FEMD 10027 Any ideas what they are? the top cover is the same on both. Also upon ID, what kinda torque and HP can these handle, more than 300?

The C5AR-7006-B code is for the transmission case, not the transmission. This is another 3.03 Ford all syncro transmission. First introduced in 1963.

303 is top loading design, as are a number of other trans. Here are some ID charts for original application. Great trans in '64....
