diesel or not

looking at a 94 f350 crew cab with the turbo diesel, 168000 miles new ford reman tranny, flat bed with goose neck and fifth wheel hitches, no rust, needs a good cleaning, $5000.00 is this worth it? I will be selling my 2000 f150 to do this. how many miles are considered high on a diesel? any suggestions for a good place to find wheels and tires?

is it a 7.3 turbo diesel or a powerstroke diesel? i would prefer the 94.5 with a powerstroke, more power, more to do to it, i'm not an idi fan but some guys swear by them. i guess its all about preference, but for me, spending 5 g's on anything better have a nice bed on it, i dont care for the flat bed approach, you can find the 94-97's in nice shape for 7-8 k

If it's an automatic then it's an IDI not a powerstroke(powerstroke started at 94.5 all 94 powerstrokes were manual). 300-400K is common. Not a bad price. Buy it
