Ha ha if my V10 cant fit through the jeep trail.. its just makes it wider! (which is why i opted to wait for new paint). Mine is a supercab and shorty bed, and i have had no problems going where my brothers lifted TJx goes (barring any solid clearances below a small sky scraper ) but if i didnt have a lift and tires, i couldn't go anywhere so..
Try Fluid Filming your vehicle before offroading next time. It will definitely keep the mud and dirt from sticking. What does stick will just fall off after it dries. Fluid Film creates a slick barrier that not only prevents corrosion but acts as a release agent for foreign materials.
If you've never tried it and live in the US, just PM me for a sample. If you'd like to find out more info on the product, just visit our website at www.fluid-film.com.

Dern I wish I had the Warn winch that "was" on mine but the seller wanted to keep it and did. Now if I could just 1) convince the little lady that I need one and 2) make enough to afford one.
Well im trying to find the SD guys that offroad with the v10, but everyone who has replied so far has said that they only really have to offroad when needed. Id really love to see some pics of the big hog in a mud hole or something.
look in my pic gallery I have a few off road picks in there, SD are good for off road everything is oversized and built to hold up extremely well to abuse. only problem is weight, get a set of 12.5" wide mud tires and go have fun.
Hi, new to the forum . I see lots of threads about the v10's great towing capabilities but rarely see info on its offroading capabilities. Are these trucks just too heavy and bulky to preform well? Or do they plow through mud, snow, sand, and the occasional lake . Any insights or pics would be great!
My 2006 F350 SC Flat Bed 4x4 weighed in at 8100 Lbs.... Sank like a brick in the mud, took 2 Chevys to get it out.
