Anyone please, i'm in need of advice on this matter so i can get-R-dun tomorrow. thanx Ed
Ok, so today i was able to do a little work on the rearend. I got the old rearend out and once the new one was bolted up i noticed that the u-joints dont seem to be fitting, the ones from the bronco rearend seem to be smaller than the u-joints from the truck, is there a way i can fix this because the truck had the carrier bearing in it and the bronco doesnt and i'm useing the bronco driveshaft of course so im kinda baffled here now being that im so close to being able to get her out and start driving her.

You may be able to get U-joints with two differnt size caps. (or buy two u-joints and swap two of the caps. I had to do this on my last Bronco because I twisted the driveshaft off. You might be able to swap the u-joint holder. But that may require a new crush collar. I havent worked on the 9", so I'm not sure if it has one.
duct tape????? just kidding, it prolly has something to do with the fact that the Bronco has the CV type driveshaft, as the truck doesnt, not sure if you can do anything about that.???
Sorry I havent updated in a couple days been busy with work and guard duty this weekend. I was able to fix it real easy guys. I went to Orielys autoparts and they have a specail u-joint (mainly used for racing) that fits the differant yoke sizes and it was almost as cheap as a regular u-joint. Anyway so far shes running and doing pretty good, now I just need for my new tires and rims to get in and ill be really happy....
